
The task
With 84 brands to consider, MSD tasked us to:
- Produce quality internal and external communications across therapy areas
- Create a responsive and efficient creative process
- Become an extension of the MSD team and suggest new, creative ways to communicate complex information

The approach
To create a specialist studio for MSD in Italy, we first needed to understand the needs of the business and its brands. Only then could we maximise efficiency and creativity.

The action
Our dedicated studio was made up of an account director, an account executive, and a large team of graphic designers.
We made the production process as simple as possible by using our innovative workflow management platform, ICHOR Studio, and called upon the wider agency team whenever they were needed. As hoped, we quickly became key members of the wider MSD team.
