With 14 key sub-brands and over 20 client contacts, Wetherspoon challenged us to:
- Deliver branded assets, from regularly changing menus to staff uniforms and financial reports
- Maintain consistency across all channels
- Make all creative processes fast and efficient

The approach
To answer this challenge we put together a dedicated team of artworkers, creatives and traffic and account managers, all supported by bespoke, intelligent technology developed specifically for JDW’s needs.

The action
Based on our in-depth research, we built a large dedicated creative studio. We also introduced our project management platform, ICHOR Studio, to streamline briefing and asset creation, and improve overall quality control. Our team worked smoothly, taking up a vital place within the business and becoming one with the wider team.
