
The task
With 900+ staff across three continents, ICBC needed us to:
- Build a fast and cost-efficient creative process
- Make the ICBC brand consistent across all channels and locations
- Become an extension of ICBC and act as brand guardians
- Give existing staff the confidence to create content locally, and do it well

The approach
To create the best possible dedicated studio, we matched ICBC’s unique needs as a global business to a team that could deliver quality creative that was fast, on-brand, and high quality.

The action
To work alongside subject matter experts, we built a truly unique creative team, made up of a studio manager, graphic designers and artworkers.
To support ICBC’s diverse needs, the team members were chosen for being as skilled at creating beautiful content using Creative Cloud as they were with Microsoft Office. They improved existing assets and created new ones too, from pitchbooks and presentations to intranet sites and live events. And, as trusted brand guardians, they created templates for the wider team to make their own assets consistent, on brand and high quality.
