Bausch + Lomb - Beyond the Lens

With the upcoming EMEA launch of the ULTRA® ONE DAY contact lens, Bausch + Lomb wished to develop a virtual symposium to educate and excite Eyecare Professionals (ECPs) across Europe and the Middle East.

The symposium intended to position Bausch + Lomb as leaders in the contact lens market and provide ECPs with an in-depth exploration of the latest research, proprietary technologies and real-world experience of their latest product and its benefit to their patients.

Working closely with our client and multiple global stakeholders, we devised a two-hour symposium centred around key communication objectives to deliver a narrative that would spark engagement and enthusiasm by taking ECPs on the journey from inception to creation of the ULTRA® ONE DAY contact lens. This was brought to life by harnessing the latest virtual environment and green screen technology, supported by bespoke branding, social media assets, delegate recruitment and supplementary materials to support symposium sessions.

Our symposium, BEYOND THE LENS, brought together renowned global experts across several UK and international film shoots, comprising of didactic presentations, panel discussions and TED Talk-style keynotes, taking ECPs on a journey that explored the latest dry eye research, contact lens development and real-world expert experience and best practice in contact lens fitting, as well as self-improvement and team management skills.
